What counts as "active assistance"?

Active assistance is when Lotte is directly working on tasks—reading emails, drafting responses, scheduling meetings, researching companies. Passive monitoring (inbox checks, calendar reminders) doesn't count.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my hours?

You'll get a notification at 80% usage. You can purchase extra hours ($50/hour) or upgrade your plan. We won't cut you off mid-task.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! 14-day free trial with full Professional tier access. No credit card required.

What if I cancel?

You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, we delete everything within 30 days (or immediately upon request).
